DAY 1 • Tuesday, November 9 — Departure from the U.S.

Your pilgrimage begins today as you depart the United States on your overnight flight to Rome, the Eternal City. As you travel, take time to rest, reflect, and prepare your heart for the days of prayer, history, and grace that await. Meals and beverages will be served on board.

DAY 2 • Wednesday, November 10 — Arrival in Rome

Upon arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport, you will be welcomed by your tour representative and transferred to Domus Helena, ideally situated near the Basilica of St. Mary Major and within easy reach of many of Rome's most important pilgrimage sites. After a group lunch, there will be time to settle into the hotel and rest following the overnight journey. In the evening, celebrate Holy Mass at the Basilica of St. Mary Major, one of Rome's four Major Papal Basilicas. Home to the revered icon of Salus Populi Romani (Protectress of the Roman People) and the burial place of Pope Francis, the Basilica is one of the Church's most cherished places of Marian devotion and pilgrimage. A visit to the nearby Church of Sant'Alfonso all'Esquilino, home to the original icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, will include an introduction to the Redemptorist Order, the history of the shrine, and the rich devotion to this beloved Marian icon. The visit will take place either before or after Holy Mass, depending on the church's opening hours and the schedule for the day. Welcome dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 3 • Thursday, November 11 — St. John Lateran & the Holy Stairs

After breakfast, travel to the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Cathedral of Rome and the official ecclesiastical seat of the Pope. Celebrate Holy Mass before visiting the nearby Scala Sancta (Holy Stairs), traditionally believed to be the steps our Lord Jesus Christ ascended during His Passion before Pontius Pilate. Continue to the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, home to treasured relics associated with the Passion of Christ. Following free time for lunch, enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure before returning to the hotel for dinner. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 4 • Friday, November 12 — The Vatican

After breakfast, return to Vatican City for a visit to the Vatican Museums, home to one of the world's greatest collections of sacred art, culminating in Michelangelo's breathtaking Sistine Chapel. Continue to St. Peter's Basilica, the heart of the Catholic Church, where we celebrate Holy Mass before spending time in personal prayer at the Tomb of St. Peter, first among the Apostles. Continue to the Vatican Grottoes, where many Popes are buried, and take time to explore St. Peter's Square at a relaxed pace. Afterwards, enjoy free time along Via della Conciliazione and in the charming streets of Borgo Pio, where you may browse religious shops, enjoy a coffee, or simply take in the atmosphere surrounding the Vatican. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 5 • Saturday, November 13 — Ancient Rome

After breakfast, begin the day at the Basilica of St. Peter in Chains (San Pietro in Vincoli), where the chains believed to have bound St. Peter are preserved. Continue to the nearby Colosseum, one of the greatest monuments of the Roman Empire, before exploring the Roman Forum, once the political, religious, and commercial heart of Ancient Rome. Following free time for lunch, celebrate Holy Mass at the remarkable Basilica of San Clemente, whose multiple underground levels reveal nearly two thousand years of Christian history built one upon another. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 6 • Sunday, November 14 — St. Paul Outside the Walls & the Appian Way

After breakfast, visit the majestic Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, one of Rome's four Major Basilicas and the burial place of St. Paul. Celebrate Holy Mass before continuing to the nearby Tre Fontane Abbey, traditionally recognised as the site of the Apostle's martyrdom. In the afternoon, travel along the historic Via Appia Antica to the Catacombs of St. Callixtus, one of the earliest Christian burial places and a moving reminder of the courage and faith of the first generations of Christians. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 7 • Monday, November 15 — Historic Rome

After breakfast, begin exploring the historic heart of Rome with a visit to the Pantheon, one of the best-preserved monuments of the ancient world.

Continue to the nearby Basilica of Santa Maria sopra Minerva, the only Gothic church in Rome, before visiting the Basilica of Sant'Agostino, where the remains of St. Monica are venerated. From there, enjoy a short walk to the beautiful Piazza Navona, one of Rome's most celebrated squares. Following free time for lunch, celebrate Holy Mass at Chiesa Nuova (Santa Maria in Vallicella), forever associated with the joyful spirituality of St. Philip Neri. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 8 • Tuesday, November 16 — Jesuit Rome

After breakfast, visit the magnificent Church of the Gesù, the mother church of the Society of Jesus. Continue to the impressive Vittoriano (Altar of the Fatherland), one of Rome's most iconic landmarks, renowned for its striking white marble architecture. Afterwards, visit the nearby Church of St. Ignatius of Loyola, where the remains of St. Robert Bellarmine are venerated. Holy Mass will be celebrated in one of the churches visited today. The remainder of the afternoon is free for personal prayer, shopping, or relaxing at one of Rome's historic cafés before dinner. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 9 • Wednesday, November 17 — Papal Audience

After breakfast, travel to St. Peter's Square to attend the General Papal Audience with Pope Leo XIV, if scheduled. This is a unique opportunity to receive the Holy Father's blessing and join pilgrims from around the world in prayer. (The Vatican publishes the audience schedule only a few weeks in advance. Should an audience not be held on this date, an alternate visit will be arranged.) Following free time for lunch, the remainder of the afternoon is at leisure to explore the Eternal City at your own pace. Take time for personal prayer, browse the many religious shops, enjoy a coffee in one of Rome's charming piazzas, or simply soak in the beauty and atmosphere of this remarkable city. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 10 • Thursday, November 18 — Along Via del Corso

After breakfast, visit the Basilica of Santi Ambrogio e Carlo al Corso, home to the incorrupt heart of St. Charles Borromeo. Celebrate Holy Mass before continuing along elegant Via del Corso toward the famous Spanish Steps, one of Rome's most beloved gathering places. The afternoon is free for personal prayer, shopping, or simply enjoying the beauty and atmosphere of Rome at your own pace before returning to the hotel for dinner. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

DAY 11 • Friday, November 19 — Nettuno – St. Maria Goretti – Casa Chapel – Farewell Dinner

Following breakfast, depart for Nettuno, where we visit the Shrine of St. Maria Goretti, one of the Church's most beloved modern saints. Here we reflect on her remarkable witness of purity, forgiveness, and unwavering faith. Following time for prayer and reflection, enjoy some free time to explore the charming seaside town of Nettuno before returning to Rome. Celebrate Holy Mass in the Casa Chapel, followed by a farewell dinner to give thanks for the many blessings received throughout the pilgrimage. Overnight in Rome.

DAY 12 • Saturday, November 20 — Return to the U.S.

Following an early breakfast (or boxed breakfast, depending on your flight schedule), transfer to Rome Fiumicino Airport for your return flight home.
