Day 1 | Monday, June 7: Departure from the USA
Depart from the USA on your overnight international flight to Europe. Your pilgrimage journey to Medjugorje — a place of prayer, peace, and spiritual renewal — begins as you travel across the Atlantic. Meals and in-flight services will be provided onboard.

Day 2 | Tuesday, June 8: Arrival in Medjugorje
Upon arrival in Europe and your connecting flight to Sarajevo, Dubrovnik, or Split, you will meet your guide and begin the journey toward Herzegovina and Medjugorje. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel followed by a welcome dinner and overnight in Medjugorje.

Days 3 – 7 | Wednesday – Sunday, June 9 – 13: Medjugorje
During your stay in Medjugorje, you will participate in the spiritual life of the parish and experience the peace and simplicity for which this place has become known throughout the world. These days are dedicated to prayer, Holy Mass, personal reflection, and growing closer to Christ through the message of Our Lady.

Some of the activities in Medjugorje:
-
Climb Apparition Hill: This is the site where the visionaries first encountered Our Lady. At the base stands a Blue Cross, marking the spot where Our Lady appeared to the children as they hid from the communist police during the early days of the apparitions. While ascending, participants are invited to pray the Rosary, taking breaks at each decade. At the summit, you will have time for personal prayer.

-
Climb Mt. Krizevac (Cross Mountain): In 1934, locals erected a 30-foot high cross on this mountain to honor Jesus’ passion and crucifixion. As you climb, the group will pray the Stations of the Cross, pausing at each station.

-
Apparitions: Each evening at 5:00 PM, the group joins locals and pilgrims in praying the Rosary in anticipation of Our Lady’s apparition. Following the apparition at approximately 5:40 PM, there is an International Mass at 6:00 PM, followed by a blessing of the sick and religious items.

-
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament: Our Lady encourages closeness to her Son. You can adore the Blessed Sacrament at the outdoor altar of St. James Church or inside the church itself. Adoration takes place on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings. Additionally, Veneration of the Cross occurs on Fridays, and there is an Adoration Chapel on the St. James Church grounds open for daily afternoon adoration.

-
Meetings with the Visionaries: These gatherings are subject to their availability.

-
Prayer at the Statue of the Risen Christ: A bronze statue of the Risen Christ is situated on the grounds of St. James Church, where many pilgrims sit on nearby benches to pray in this serene setting.

Medjugorje
Medjugorje, located in Bosnia & Herzegovina, is the site of the 1981 Marian Apparitions. On June 24th 1981 Six children witnessed the Blessed Virgin Mary on what is now known as Apparition Hill. The apparition had a message of peace for the world, as well as a call to conversion, prayer and fasting. She appeared to them with an infant in their arms and confided ten secrets to the children. The children, now adults, some of them which continue to see her every day.
Our Lady teaches us to pray, to love, and to trust. May her words be a light on our path.
